Tafetta skirt is gathered and poufed all the way around. It is 19"-23" long. Waistband is elastic. It can be worn over, under, or alone. This is the skirt that you put on top of the long one (sold separately) to give the double bustle look. Pull up the front and tie it to show more leg. Think layers, layers, layers!

The damask skirts take 1 week. All other solid colors are usually in stock and ship within 1-3 days.
