Taffeta Bustle Skirt has elastic waistband and has bunches of gathers in the back to give a pouffy look. It is straight in front and floor length in front. But you can tie it up (with free laces we will send upon request). Or with our hitch up chains sold separately.
This is for Skirt Only. Leggings, boots, corset are not included.
