Velvet cloak with satin lining. cloak has oversized hood and large ruffled colar. Ties at the neck for closure. cloak has a draw string neckline that is fixed on one side. You pull the unfixed side out to the length of the fixed side and tie at the neck. You may have to adjust the colar to get it even.
